About Fun Valley School
Fun Valley ( A Pre School) is the junior wing of East International School and is based on the British Pattern of Pre Schooling.

Pleasant Environment
It is colourful, child friendly and cheerful, children learn just while playing and enjoying free from any kind of fear, tension or pressure.
A special mini zoo has been created for the young ones to enjoy and play with the little animals. The entire school has been divided into playful learning and activities zones like Art & Craft, Music, Dance, The Ball Pool, Splash Pool, Skating Ring, Doll House, Sand Pit, Puppet zone, Computer Center etc; for the all round development of the child. The child learns everything by playing and enjoying.
Core Curriculum
The activity based curriculum is being pursued at our school. A wide range of interesting activities indoor and outdoors bring confidence in the child and make an all round development. East International School equipped the students for excelling in the World of Globalization. The children are given opportunities to know the latest happenings in the world and around them.
The qualities of leadership, respect for elders, doing their own work by themselves, to know the traditions and culture of their own country is inculcated in them by teaching yoga and especially designed curriculum by the leading educationalists. The curriculum focuses not just on excellence in academics but also in sports, music, dance and other extra co-curricular activities.
Infrastructure
AUDIO VISUAL ROOM
Audio visual aid is important for children as it’s a mode of fast learning. Fun valley provides a fully equipped audio visual room. This room is used to show animated movies on a big T.V. screen. Also there is a music system which is used to conduct the dance classes.
DOLL HOUSE
To build up the imagination power in a child there is a colourful doll house. Children are encouraged to spend time in the doll house and be as creative and imaginative as they can be. Playing in the doll house helps them to accept working in a group and they also learn to share and take care of their friends.
AUDITORIUM
Fun Valley has an auditorium with a complete sound system as well as musical instruments. The aim to develop this room is to build the confidence of the child. The practice of presentations is done here in the guidance of the mentors. Solo performances are carried out by each individual that helps them to overcome the stage fright and to become a better stage performer.
SPLASH POOL
As children love to play in water, Fun Valley has a colourful splash pool that also has showers. Friday is dedicated to swimming. Basic swimming movements are taught. Water sports are played and simple and easy exercises are done to strengthen the muscles of the growing children.
SAND PIT
Playing in the sand and getting dirty is every child’s dream and we at Fun Valley tries to make a child’s dream in to reality. Built outdoors is a sand pit in which children play as per their wish. They are given beach tools which they use to make sand castles. At times the sand pit is also used to teach the alphabets, numbers, shapes etc. Children use finger movements in order to make the alphabets or whatever they may wish to.
COMPUTER LAB
School has a fully equipped and maintained computer lab with the access of internet. Children are taught about the various parts of computer. They also play educational games e.g, number or alphabet games and several kind of easy puzzles. They are also encouraged to draw and paint with the help of the mouse. Later on their work is saved, printed and presented to their parents.
CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER
“Tell me and I’ll forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I’ll understand” We believe that experiments are very important. To satisfy the curious growing mind of a child Fun Valley has a “Child Development Center”. In this area a child can carry out experiments under the supervision of the teachers. Model building is also done here and the young ones are provided with lots of general knowledge and information.
TOY ROOM
A toy room has been designed keeping in mind the needs of the child. There are all sorts of toys and puzzles stored for children. The room has a comfortable and fun environment. The area is carpeted and children can play with toys according to their discretion. Children are not bound to sit at one place they can move around or lie down and rest.
DUCK POND
Fun Valley has a beautiful duck pond. There are several swans kept in the pond. Children get really happy to see the birds. From time to time they also offer food to the birds. Every morning children are welcomed by the quacking and flapping of the wings from the swans.
MINI ZOO
Fun Valley has a few more cages that have rabbits, hen and ducklings. This area is called a mini zoo. Students are brought here and feed carrot to the rabbits and get extremely happy to see the animals. The presence of these animals also helps the faculty to teach the young ones about these animals.
LUNCH LOUNGE
The school provides healthy, nutritious meals to all the students every day. To build up good eating habits a special menu is prepared. The young ones not only learn to eat healthy food but also learn the table manners. The food is prepared in the school under supervision of the Principal keeping in mind the cleanliness and hygiene. There are no extra charges for the meals provided. The cost is included in the monthly tuition fee.
